This policy covers the polaryn.app website, run by Nicholas Thrash ("we"). The Polaryn iPhone app and its workspace services have their own policy at help.polaryn.app/privacy.

What we collect

When you request a workspace

The request form asks for your name, work email, organization and team size, and optionally the kind of team and a note. We use these only to reply to you about Polaryn and to set up a workspace if you go ahead. The form is delivered to our support mailbox by email; we keep it as long as the conversation needs it, and delete it sooner if you ask.

Spam protection

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated spam. Turnstile looks at signals from your browser, such as your IP address and browser characteristics, and does not use them for advertising. See Cloudflare's Turnstile privacy addendum.

Hosting

Cloudflare hosts this site. Like any web host, it processes your IP address and request details to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks.

Analytics and cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If you choose Allow analytics in the banner, we count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It doesn't use cookies or fingerprinting, and reports totals such as page views, the referring site, country and device type, not individual visitors. If you choose Decline, the analytics script never loads.

Your choice is saved in your browser's local storage under polaryn-consent, so we don't ask on every page. You can change it anytime with Cookie settings at the bottom of each page, or by clearing this site's data in your browser.

What we don't do

We don't sell or rent personal information.
We don't show ads or share your details with advertisers.
We don't add you to a mailing list because you sent a request.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details you sent us by emailing support@polaryn.app. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; contact us and we'll respond within the time those laws allow.

Children

This site is for organizations and their staff. It isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We'll update this page when our practices change and revise the effective date above.
